I really, really should have online registration soon, but until then...
Kagi Shareware handles my payment processing. Paying for any MD2 book with the Register application that accompanies the MD2 books is fairly simple. Compete directions for using Register accompany the distribution versions. Kagi accepts credit cards, checks, and First Virtual. They promptly inform me of your payment and I send out the passwords, usually the same day.
Pricing for MD2 is as follows:
- 1- 9 single user licenses, $10 per user;
- 10+ licenses, $9 each;
- Site License, $125 (covers all locations for your organization within a 100 mile radius of your site);
- World-Wide License, $350 (covers all locations for your organization on the planet earth:-).

As of March 1, 1999, all sales of ClarisWorks/AppleWorks versions of the MATH DITTOS 2 series were suspended. At this writing, I have absolutely no plans, intent, or interest in issuing any future general releases in that format.
